You see. I’ve been where you are at. My broken journey with food started at the young age of 13. "Never enough" became my experience through my teens and into adulthood. Countless diets, pre-packaged foods, all the extremes - it was never enough. The weight always came back.
After spending some time in an intensive outpatient therapy for disordered eating and binge-eating disorder, I knew I needed to find a better way. My mental and physical health depended on it.
Within weeks of joining the FASTer Way to Fat Loss Program, during the COVID pandemic, I noticed significant improvements in my energy, depression, sleep, and inflammation. I was no longer hungry, physically or emotionally. I was eating more food than ever before.
For the first time in a long time, I felt hope. I felt confident. I felt relief.
Over the past year and a half, as a Certified FASTer Way to Fat Loss Coach, I have linked arms with other women to help them break the cycle of dieting, restriction, and shame. Through mindset shifts and simple habit changes, they’ve been able to lean into balance and find confidence in themselves, freedom around food, and, yes, physical transformations too!
You’re tired, frustrated, and barely recognize the woman looking back at you in the mirror.
It’s time to stop hiding behind everyone and everything else. It’s time to lean into the woman you were made to be.

I live outside of Atlanta, Georgia with my husband and pups, Alpine and Duke. Our three grown boys aren’t too far away, and can be found sneaking home to check out what’s hiding in our pantry. Often you’ll find me outside in nature as it keeps me calm and connects me to my creator. I am most happy when surrounded by family and friends at my table.
